Contribution
What it costs to keep CIS running, and what we ask of each parish.
Annual contribution per parish
per subscribing parish, billed annually.
- Up to 15 user accounts per parish (more on request at no additional contribution), kept intentionally small so that the parish can properly manage its users.
- All current modules: collections, disbursements, bank deposits, mass schedules, sacramental registers, trial balance, ledger.
- Free upgrades as new modules ship.
- Hosted on our infrastructure, served over HTTPS, with regular backups.
- Cancel anytime, with a 60-day export window included.
Where the contribution goes
CIS is freely developed by Amta Systems and offered as a service to the Roman Catholic parish churches and dioceses of the Philippines. The annual contribution from each subscribing parish covers the real cost of keeping the service running for everyone: the database server, the website hosting, the domain, regular backups, and ongoing maintenance. No commission is taken from these contributions for profit. They go entirely to keeping the lights on, so the parishes that rely on the service can keep relying on it.
Diocese-wide arrangements
A diocese may sign up on behalf of several parishes at once. The per-parish amount stays the same (PHP 1,000 per year per parish), invoiced as one annual bill to the chancery.
For a diocese considering CIS for all its parishes, we gladly run a six-month pilot at no contribution, so the diocesan Finance Office and the parish councils can evaluate the fit before any contribution is asked.
